Use

This machine is with double die head to blowing high density polyethylene (HDPE), low density polyethylene (LDPE) plastic film, andlinear low density polythene(LLDPE),which are used for making various vest bags and flat bags.

Machine is widely used in the food industry, garment industry and textile industry for package, etc.

Specifications

1.Frequency inverter motor for controlling, working more stable.

2.Frequency inverter for main motor and traction motor control, stable working and power saving.

3.With pneumatic cylinder system to adjust the gap of take up roller

The cylinder and screw are made from 38CrMoA, with Nitrided Treatment and precision processing.

Hardness of heat treatment: screw HV≥740, barrel HV≥900
Depth of hardening: 0.6-0.7mm
Brittleness grade: ≤2 grade

4. With good hardness,corrosion resistanceand specially-designed screw, higher outputand good plasticizing quality.

5. Gear box: Surface heat quenching and tempering/auto. Oil lubricated
