Application Materials

Machine is suitable for various materials roll to roll printing, such as different paper, plastic film(BOPP,PET,PE,OPP,PP), non woven fabric, self-adhesive labels, pp woven sack, aluminium foil, laminated material etc.

Main

1. With PLC control and touch screen control panel, all the parameters are displayed on the monitor. Only material roll diameter and thickness needs to be setup, the PLC will give a proper parameters for machine running automatically.

2. Servo motor worked as the main motor, better synchronous and stable working.

3. With frequency inverters for motors control.

4. With 10kg/m2 magnetic brake for unwind control 

5. 2 sets automatic tension control system for unwind and rewind part, to provide constant tension control.

6. All transmission rollers have been dynamic/static balance treated.

7. With emergency switch for urgent stop.

8. With automatic meter counter for working length tracking. When reached the preset length, machine will stop and alarm.

9. All the electric appliances has been gained the CE certificate.

10. Printing rolls should keep moving while machine halted

11. High dots presentation rate with high speed; clear and vivid stratification of printing; more stereoscopic and accurate registering precision

12. One set(4 pieces) printing roller for 400mm length repeated printing.
